Christmas Party January 6, 2024 As we relaxed after the busy Christmas holidays with family and friends we gathered together at the Underhay’s for an After-Christmas Party with lots of good food and wonderful fellowship.
Jazz up your Holidays with a Christmas Concert to Remember!
You won’t want to miss our Christmas Concert on December 10, 2023 at 5:00pm featuring The Elegant Harp Jazz Band and harpist/pianist Esther Underhay. A great way to celebrate the Christmas season by enjoying singing together the loved Christmas Carols at the conclusion of the program. Invite your friends and family for this joyous occasion.
Ladies Afternoon Tea Extravaganza: Good time had by all!
What a lovely time we ladies of the church had together for our Ladies Afternoon Tea. Scrumptious scones, sandwiches, and desserts, great conversation, very special music by Julia Sanna, beautiful little message from Dr. Lipsey so appropriate for us mothers, and heartwarming fellowship. And we were certainly treated by being served by the men. Thanks, guys!
It certainly was a joint effort. Drema and Esther had fun decorating the fellowship hall and setting the tables. Jennie Ford made such adorable little hats, so everyone had a hat to wear. Drema, Joyce, and Carmen were busy ahead of time preparing the serving dishes. And cleanup was done by Joyce and Roger: a big job washing all those dishes! A time to remember…until next time!
Missionary Tour with the Reves of South America
We enjoy our monthly Missionary Meeting led by Missionary President Jennie Ford, always entertaining as well as educating us. It was indeed a privilege to have Lucas and Carol Neves, missionaries to South America, with us for our monthly Missionary Meeting in May 2023.

International Opera Singer Paul Pitts Presents: THE SCRIBE
We were privileged to have Paul Pitts in his presentation of The Scribe. It is dramatic musical performance by one man depicting the life of Christ from a scribe’s point of view and himself becoming a believer through the testimony of Simon Peter. Dr. Paul Pitts has now sung over 5000 performances on 7 continents, to over 5 billion people by television, radio, recordings, and personal appearances. Dr. Pitts sings with a compassion for people. St. Petersburg Times quoted Paul as saying, “If I can touch someone’s heart with the love of God I will have lived out my purpose.” We look forward to him returning to our church February 18, 2024 for a Gospel Music Concert. You won’t want to miss it.
